Step up your shoe game: The Latest Trends in High-End Women’s Designer Shoes

Spring has Sprung and aren’t we all tired of snow boots and heavy coats.  It’s time to lighten up your wardrobe, and your footwear,  with some of Spring’s hottest trends in women’s high-end designer shoes.  One of this year’s hottest trends is the re-worked penny loafer.  Gone are the days of penny loafers simply coming in black or brown leather.  There are so many elevated penny loafers this Spring to choose from including a comfortable penny loafer with chunky, platform heels or lug sole loafers in beautifully handcrafted Italian leather with suede details.  These both pair beautifully with a mid calf denim skirt, for a functional, yet stylish look.  Floral sundresses are also going to be on trend this Spring and what better way to elevate that look than with a pair of slingback mules.  Sundresses are so easy to throw on and can take you straight from day into night without skipping a beat.  Now, if you prefer more of a tailored look, such as a pair of cropped pants with a linen blazer, complete the ensemble with a pair of handcrafted, Italian leather court sneakers.   And probably one of the best ways to stay on-trend is to follow fashion publications, such as Vogue.  This Spring’s cover star, Cara Delevingne, can be seen sporting a pair of jeans with a leather jacket and the quintessential pair of women’s oxfords.  This look never goes out of style and Women’s Oxfords are always on-trend.  Another timeless trend that simply can’t be ignored is the ballet flat.  Several different reiterations of this dainty shoe have occurred over the years, including ones with bows, flats made of satin, flats with a buckle, flats with and without a heel, and the list goes on and on.  Suffice it to say, regardless of which style of ballet flat you choose, you will most definitely be on trend this Summer.  And styling this classic shoe will be so easy, because it can go with everything in your closet from jeans, to midi length dresses, chino shorts and even a suit for the office.  Ballet flats are so versatile and comfortable that you might just find yourself sleeping in them.
